Product Description
VMC series vertical CNC milling machine adopts vertical frame layout, the column is fixed on the bed body, the headstock moves up and down along the column (Z direction), the slide moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the table moves laterally along the slide (X To) the structure.
The large parts such as bed, workbench, sliding seat, column and headstock are made of resin sand castings, and after two aging treatments, the stress is eliminated, the stability is good, the strength is high, and the stability of the long-term use precision of the machine tool is ensured. It provides a guarantee for the stability of machine performance. These large pieces are optimized by Soldworks and Ansys to improve the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine, effectively suppressing the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by the cutting force.

4. Machining center 1160 high speed and high rigidity spindle unit combined with servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z adopts high torque servo motor. X/Y/Z adopts Taiwan high-precision high-strength ball screw with Japanese NSK bearing and high precision imported locking. X/Y/Z three-way guide rail adopts hard track design, fixed surface adopts ultra-high frequency quenching process after precision grinding; The sliding surface is made of high strength wear-resisting material with plastic tape.
